Biogenic Carbon Source
Carbon originates from renewable biomass, not fossil fuels.
Hydrogen / Green Hydrogen
Graforce transforms renewable biomethane into high-purity hydrogen and valuable solid carbon using the Methane Plasmalyzer®. By replacing fossil methane with biomethane, the same plasma process becomes a carbon-negative pathway—enabling clean hydrogen production while permanently removing atmospheric carbon from the cycle.
Why Biomethane
Biomethane is chemically identical to natural gas, allowing it to be processed by the same Plasmalyzer® without modifications. The difference lies in its origin—biomethane is produced from renewable organic waste. As a result, the carbon entering the process is biogenic rather than fossil, enabling a renewable hydrogen pathway with a significantly lower environmental impact.

Circular Carbon Cycle
Unlike conventional hydrogen production, Graforce integrates renewable feedstocks into a circular carbon economy. Organic waste is converted into biomethane, which is then transformed into hydrogen and solid carbon. Instead of releasing carbon dioxide back into the atmosphere, the carbon is captured in solid form and reused in industrial applications, creating a continuous and sustainable carbon cycle.

Carbon-Negative Hydrogen
Unlike conventional hydrogen production, which releases carbon as CO₂, the Graforce Plasmalyzer® converts renewable biomethane into high-purity hydrogen and solid carbon. The carbon remains permanently locked in valuable industrial materials instead of returning to the atmosphere, enabling a truly circular and carbon-negative hydrogen pathway.

Carbon originates from renewable biomass, not fossil fuels.
Carbon is captured as a stable solid material instead of being emitted as CO₂.
Waste is transformed into clean hydrogen and valuable carbon products.
Supports low-emission manufacturing across multiple industries.
Applications & By-Products
Graforce's Plasmalyzer® produces two commercially valuable outputs—green hydrogen and high-purity solid carbon. Together, they enable industrial decarbonization while creating new opportunities across energy, manufacturing, transportation, and advanced materials.

Inside the Renewable Hydrogen Plant
The Methane Plasmalyzer® is Graforce's proprietary methane pyrolysis reactor that splits methane molecules into hydrogen and solid carbon in a single high-voltage plasma field inside each production module.
