At the core of the 0.5 MW Module is Graforce's proprietary plasma reactor, where methane or biomethane is split into hydrogen and solid carbon without direct CO₂ emissions from the conversion process. The core combines high-temperature plasma technology with integrated gas treatment, process controls, and industrial safety systems to deliver continuous and reliable hydrogen production.

Designed as a standardized building block, the module is factory-tested before delivery and can operate independently or as part of larger multi-megawatt hydrogen production facilities.
